We run embedded hiring for founders and funds — in Switzerland, Germany, and sometimes beyond. We're hiring a freelance sourcer to own the front of every search: find and pre-qualify candidates, keep the pipeline moving, keep the ATS clean.

You: native German (non-negotiable — you'll be candidate-facing from day one), 1–3 years in sourcing or recruiting (ideally agency-side), fluent in modern sourcing (Boolean, X-ray, outreach), AI already part of how you work, scrappy and independent.

Freelance, invoice-based, fully remote. Part-time or full-time depending on fit. Terms discussed directly.
